S&B USA Concessions is the U.S. infrastructure development subsidiary of Shikun & Binui Ltd. (Shikun & Binui) (the Financially Responsible Party for SBC USA). S&B USA Concessions, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has proven its ability to secure financial close for P3 projects successfully under various concession schemes – including availability payments and revenue risk concessions – and in various market conditions.

S&B USA Construction is the construction arm of Shikun & Binui Ltd in the US. S&B USA Construction, also based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania builds complex infrastructure projects and specializes in P3 and Design-Build projects, in which the contractor is responsible for the management of mega projects, including aspects of planning, permitting and in some cases, project finance.

Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, Fay was founded in 1947 and specializes in the reconstruction of highways, bridges and other infrastructure across the Mid-Atlantic region. Fay is a recognized industry leader in design-build, value engineering and accelerated construction delivery methods. Fay has worked extensively with PennDOT for over 30 years and has experience completing projects across all PennDOT districts. Fay’s core competencies include roadways, bridges, demolition, foundations and structures.

Headquartered in Skippack, PA and founded in 1968, H&K is a multi-generational, family-owned and operated business that has evolved into a dynamic family of vertically integrated companies that provide heavy civil construction and construction materials solutions for the Mid-Atlantic Region. H&K’s capabilities include excavation, site development, demolition, paving, infrastructure and utility work.

Founded in 1951, Kokosing Construction operates a branch out of Pittsburgh, PA and offers a full range of services throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Kokosing self-performs projects of any size and scope, including the construction of highways and bridges. Their areas of expertise include asphalt and concrete paving, mass excavation, piling, post-tensioning, steel erection, and underground utilities.

Wagman is a fourth-generation family-owned business operating out of York, PA that recently celebrated their 120thanniversary. They offer innovative solutions in geotechnical, commercial and heavy civil construction while striving to provide a safe, healthy and rewarding environment for their employees. Wagman is experienced in the construction and rehabilitation of roadways, bridges, structures and foundations.
